My workshops cover a comprehensive range of topics, including menopause statistics, mental health, physical changes, nutrition, weight management, sleep, exercise, gentle yoga, breath work, meditation, and yoga nidra. I'm dedicated to supporting women through this transformative life stage and empowering them to thrive.

In week one, we will be getting to know each other, going through our course overview, menopause statistics and drinking lots of tea.

Our second week we will cover all things mental health, symptoms and support, introduction to breath work and meditation.
